  abstract = {Many scholars have proposed all kinds researches of key successful factors (KSFs) for successfully implementing ERP, but which are quite conceptual and vague, caused enterprises couldn’t apply it in practical and achieve objectives. Therefore, this research presents the required dynamic capability for each factor by integrating KSFs and dynamic capability through conducting qualitative interview method.
