  abstract = {We report the case of a patient who presented with tremor and was diagnosed with both Wilson’s disease and sarcoidosis. To our knowledge, this is the third reported case of coexistence of Wilson’s disease and sarcoidosis. However, this coexistence appears to be incidental since these two rare entities do not share common pathogenetic pathways. Nevertheless, the coincidence of Wilson’s disease and sarcoidosis raises special considerations regarding management and follow-up.  },
