  abstract = {In this article, we proposed a modulation scheme for wireless covert channel communication based on the phase shift of the constellation points. We called this method PSM (Phase Shift Method). Proposed  model is compared with the most popular (traditional) modulating scheme base on combined signal (superposition of the cover and the covert signals with different allocated power coefficients). The superiority of the proposed method regarding BER  is discussed.},
