abstract = {In modern computer systems it is desired to use all the benefits offered by Web services because they are significant. Web services facilitate the automation of activities in Internet-based businesses, as well as relatively easy cooperation between organizations after a process of interconnection of information systems. This paper refers to concepts related to building reliable distributed systems. Given a list of objectives for fault-tolerant systems, this paper proposes a framework model for distributed systems with managed replication. In this model, a distinction is made between operations at the management level and operations at the execution level. It starts with the use of a central process specially designed for the coordination and control of other application processes. The paper presents a series of details about the execution phases and work protocols within the system.},
