  abstract = {Thrombolytic agents have been used in the emergency department for treatment of acute myocardial infarction and vasoocclusive strokes. Their use has been associated with complications. The most dreaded complication is bleeding following systemic thrombolysis. We document a case of spontaneous intra-peritoneal hematoma following thrombolysis with streptokinase in a patient with acute myocardial infarction, which was managed conservatively.    },
