abstract = {This case deals with project management at Arabize, a leading localization company in the Middle East. It describes the company, its customers, competitors, services, competitive advantage and resources. It then sheds light on the project lifecycle, with its order, production, QC and delivery phases. The core business of the company consists of localization projects. The main challenge is to proactively yet economically make skilled human resources available for new projects. In many cases freelancers cost is higher than the cost of internal resources, in addition to the extra risk associated with availability and control of those external resources. Top Management is seriously considering other options to ensure that the required skilled human resources are available for projects.},
