abstract = {The contents of lactate and intracellular oxygen metabolism at neutrophils in 56 patients with acute coronary syndrome have been investigated. In the process of weighting acute coronary syndrome, the growth of formation of active oxygen radicals at neutrophils (growth of parameters the test of nitroblue tetrazolium reduction and myeloperoxidase activity) which was not compensated by sufficient increase in intracellular activity of enzymes of antioxidative system protection (catalase activity), and was accompanied by accumulation the lactate in neutrophils.},
