  abstract = {In terms of environmental sustainability, we find that public procurement can favor the efficient use of natural resources, waste management, improved air and water quality, reduced use of hazardous chemicals etc. The purpose of this paper is to determine the impact of distribution procurement system in way of sustainable development using the monitoring of distribution channels, respectively the structure of legal, economic, informational and social relations between the members of the systems of transfer of goods in transport problem. The scientific research methods that were applied in the paper: abstraction, minimum tariff method, North-West corner method and distributive method. The economic importance revealed in the paper consists in the representation of the consumption of goods and services that have a minimum impact on the environment, are socially fair and economically viable, while at the same time satisfying the basic needs of people, worldwide.  The conclusion of the study indicates the global distribution process as a set of activities in making available to users or end consumers goods and services made in conditions of sustainability.},
