  abstract = {In Colombia and around the world during and after the COVID-19 pandemic, one of the sectors that was most affected was the crafts sector, given its high-income elasticity of demand as a normal good, causing decreases in buyers' income to significantly reduce its demand, negatively impacting the sales and well-being of artisans, who in the municipality of Ráquira Boyacá depend on the income generated by this activity. Based on the above, in the present research with a mixed approach and descriptive scope, it was found that 90% of the artisans of the municipality surveyed do not know about those benefits that the orange economy gives them, so 100% of them have never received any benefit from it; likewise, when they were interviewed, they expressed the desire and interest to access training on the orange economy and its benefits which are derived from law 1834 of 2017.},
