abstract = {Radio spectrum access has become an increasingly addressed problem; thus, a dynamic solution has emerged involving coordinating users to use a shared spectrum, proposed in the book by Lasaulce and Tembine (2011). Notwithstanding, users competing for the same limited resource may have no incentive to cooperate, besides, we should also presume that in a private information exchange some players may choose to be untruthful. In this paper, we propose acknowledging the shared spectrum as a repeated game with cheat-proof strategies and an intelligent system to maximize the group profit and minimize the deviating behavior response. By using a punishment method, the user is enforced to collaborate. The additional program we propose aims at being a friendly adviser to the user and proving with statistics and computations to the latter mentioned that cooperation is always the best response.},
