  abstract = {Sustainable and responsible investments (SRI) are the type of investment which aims to achieve financial returns while performing in terms of extra-financial aspects, such as social, environmental, governance, and ethical objectives. This article is an attempt to deepen the analysis of the SRI value network; It aims to contribute to achieving better understanding of the specificity of SRI fund industry and involved stakeholders. It presents the current results of the analysis of the value network underlying SRI. It relies on the academic and professional literature to identify the involved stakeholders, their inter-dependencies and the exchanged values. The approach is based on combining goal and value analysis to identify the stakeholders, understand their motivations and reference the direct or indirect value exchanges that they could have.},
