  abstract = {This is a case of A 54 year old Hispanic male with recurrent episodes of partial bowel obstruction. In upper endoscopy, a hemorrhagic duodenitis was found with active bleeding by a visible vessel that was stopped after combined endoscopic therapy. An endoscopic control showed severe duodenitis, and biopsy revealed hyaline deposits in the walls of blood vessels and extravascular area positive for Congo red staining.},
