  abstract = {The current study aims at assessing the functional relationships between knowledge management processes and both organizational business processes’ and employees’ benefits.  The assessment is taking place within an academic institution's portal environment. The study particularly investigates the effect of knowledge discovery, knowledge capture, knowledge sharing and knowledge application on business processes’ effectiveness, efficiency, and innovation; and employees’ learning, adaptability, and job satisfaction. Statistical analysis is performed using the PLS method on a structural equations framework. Consistent with previous research, knowledge sharing produces the highest effect on organizational business processes’ and employees’ benefits. },
