Abstract

Currently, the technology transfer process is being actively carried out in Russia. The direct participants in this process are scientific organizations and higher educational institutions of the country, which account for a large share of research and development. The work examines the legal status of scientific and educational institutions in the issue of the disposal of the results of intellectual activity for the implementation of technology transfer. The issues that hinder the growth of efficiency of technology transfer in education are considered. Measures are proposed to address these problems.
