The complexity in production has increased with each phase of industrialization. This complexity must be managed by appropriate methods and tools. The fast and dynamic development of globalization processes would be impossible without the logistics supply chains support. The present demarche is to emphasize the challenges managers have to face towards Industry 4.0 period.
