Abstract

For implementing a quality crisis management framework in the enterprise PPRR-model (Prevention Preparedness Recovery Response-model) is proposed. For the early crisis identification and evaluation of the signal intensity of its beginning the main trends of the comprehensive scanning of the enterprise business environment have been determined. In article it is considered approaches to an assessment and the analysis of efficiency of carrying out changes at the enterprise. Recommendations about possible use of tools in activity of the domestic enterprises in modern conditions of managing are created. As a result of research the attention was focused on increasing value of carrying out systematic process of restructuring at the domestic enterprises.
