Abstract

The price is universal measure of economic goods, measure and external expression of values and such market components as demand and supply. Price of farming land is formed by various factors of economic, political and social nature, which are difficult to define explicitly. In the article indicated price-determining factors of farming land and also features which, describing real estates, having effect on their prices.
