Abstract

The management of society and the economy presupposes the widespread formation of threshold populations with the aim of introducing benefits, preferences, restrictions established by law and regulation. Introducing criteria and thresholds, the subject of management artificially creates a heterogeneous structure, tries to set and support the direction of development of individual types of the general population necessary for him. In this paper authors propose an original methodology for the identification of threshold population based on data typology.
