Abstract

Commercial activity means the activity of organizations and individuals to implement the operations of purchase and sale of products and services to meet the demand and profit. For assessment of conformity of the actual state of the commercial activities of the company to the target state we used integrated indicator, calculated on the basis of the proposed scales of assessments, indicators and preference. Depending on the strategic objectives of the enterprise structure of commercial processes of industrial enterprises (CPIE) can be expressed through three levels of the hierarchy. In this paper it is proposed the algorithm to determine the integral indicator CPIE.
