Abstract

The aim of the article is to define the essence and dependence of the labor market in relation to entrepreneurship and running a business. The labor market policy instruments used in economic practice are presented, which allows for understanding of its functioning and impact on the economy as a whole (interaction with other markets). The article indicates practical instruments and strategies on the labor market that directly translate into the functioning of economic organizations and the economy of the state as a whole.
