Abstract

The article actualizes the need to analyze the development Strategy of the Russian region – “Strategy of socio-economic development of the Chuvash Republic until 2035”. As a result of statistical analysis of the dynamics of the expected results of the Strategy implementation, a median hierarchy of their rates of gain has been built, in which the indicator of increase in the number of visits to cultural organizations is a priority in goal-setting for the region’s development. Neural network analysis has pointed to the importance of growth rates of real accrued wages of employees of organizations and insignificant importance of increase in the number of visits to cultural organizations for effective achievement of all Strategy goals. Cluster analysis has shown importance of rates of gain of such indicators as share of organizations engaged in technological innovations and share of shipped innovative products. Analysis of GRP rates of gain and expenditures of the consolidated budget of the Chuvash Republic has revealed a decrease in the cyclical lag of the first dynamics from the second. Typical indicators of economic growth are: manufacturing; wholesale and retail trade; repair of motor vehicles and motorcycles; agriculture, forestry, hunting, fishing and fish farming. The strategic priority for the Chuvash Republic is to overcome the limit of GRP growth through innovative development of economic activity.
