Abstract
In terms when complex problems of the global economy are growing, forming on this basis of theoretical areas that justify centrifugal trends in prospects of civilizations development, the task for determining of the objective preconditions for mutual attraction of national economies, their interconnections and mutual dependency, thus, development of the world economy, is becoming the issue of the day. Bright examples of such trends are economies of England and the USA. Having passed the controversial path of domination and submission, national liberation war, rise of trade relations, these national economies by the example of economic interaction proved rationality and objective necessity for further development of cooperation based on use of advantages provided by both the international division of labor and the dynamic of economical cyclicity as the economic development pattern.
