Analysis of Current Issues in The Field of Intellectual Property in The Regions of The Russian Federation

This article presents the results of the study of the current state of intellectual property field in the Russian regions. The main problems are identified and grouped into 6 categories: regulatory, management system, innovation activity, commercialization and technology transfer, foreign patenting, personnel support. The results of the study can be used to assess the development of the field of intellectual property and its impact on innovation processes and investment attractiveness for individual regions and the country as a whole.
