The Theoretical Foundations of Social Protection for Workers in the Institution

Abstract

This research deals with the most important theoretical foundations necessary for social protection for workers in the institution. This means studying the social development of the organization and seeking to improve its social environment – in light of the moral, social and material conditions in which employees perform their work within the organization. The importance of the topic lies in the special need to develop modern forms of social protection for employees in the organization. Where the institution’s active social policy improves the relationship between members of one team, and helps to attract and adhere to distinguished employees, which is a strong incentive to increase employee productivity. Study the theoretical foundations of social protection for employees of the institution, which consists of a set of measures aimed at improving work in the field of social protection for its employees.  1) Study the concept, categories and structure of personnel in the organization; 2) Identify the social problems of the workers in the establishment; 3) Considering the social protection content for the facility’s workers. Generalization, Classification and Organization, Literature Analysis, Comparative Analysis, Document Analysis. Through this study, we see that social protection in the institution contributes to the formation of the social activity of its subjects, which is related to their personal characteristics, their attitude towards work and job satisfaction. However, the collective achievement of goals and initiative on the part of employees also leads to high results in activities, and the creation of society – the psychological climate in the team.
