Abstract

In the current context of the Digitalized Industry and the Smart era it is noted that the acute and increasingly common problem, work-related stress, which generates over time a variety of health disorders in general and mental in particular. Despite the overwhelming evidence that many autoimmune diseases arise from lack of physical activity, due to “sedentarism” generated by employees’ position in front of computers, most employees ignore these theories and continue their work under the given conditions, generating the phenomenon of the apparent atrophy of certain skills and abilities to respond with promptitude to all responsibilities of solving problems. The objective of the paper is that based on the analysis of the implications of “Office Syndrome” (SB), related to the Smart era, which make the time devoted to the movement to be less and less, to propose scientifically and experimentally a conceptual model, which combines the short breaks, which employees can take during the service, with very short trainings or dedicated movements, to solve the “numbness” established and generate a revitalizing flow of all the senses and skills of the employees. The research focuses on the awareness that the acute lack of time to solve certain urgent actions, which employees in the digitalized industry perceive, can counterbalance by continuous improvement of physical condition and resistance, which automatically revitalizes the ability to concentrate, stimulates creativity and efficiency in the work.
