Opportunities and Challenges of Big Social Data Analytics Based on Examples from Psychology

Abstract

The article presents an overview of the application of big data in psychology. Selected issues related to the processing of large data sets were analysed, the attributes and tools of big social data were characterized. The aim of the study is present the opportunities and challenges of using big social data in psychology with their implications for behavioral economics and management.
