Impact of Mobile Applications for Learning in Children with ADHD: A Review of The Scientific Literature

Abstract

The present study mentions how Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder affects a percentage of people worldwide every year, in the social and educational environment. People, where children are the most affected, manifest behaviors such as hyperactivity, impulsivity and inattention. Therefore, this research not only aims to detect which are the best learning methods for children with ADHD, but also has as main objective to identify and determine criteria that help to develop a mobile application for these children. For this research of systematic review of the scientific literature, 43 articles were collected from databases such as Science Direct, IEEE Xplore, Scielo, Dialnet and IOP Science, having a favorable result about the use of technology for the treatment of children with ADHD.
