Abstract

In modern conditions, more and more attention is paid to the integration of innovative technologies into business models. New communication and information technologies have a significant impact on the economic environment and form new principles for building a successful business. A business model that uses innovative elements is a source of attracting new customers and allows you to enter new market segments. However, the formation of an innovative business model is a complex and time-consuming process that requires consistent research, analysis of the market and the company itself, trials and experiments. In the article, the authors note that the use of artificial intelligence increases the interest of the consumer audience in the products and information shown by companies on social networks. These innovative business models have significant competitive advantages in the international marketplace. Particular attention in the article was paid to the Chinese company Beijing ByteDance Technology Co. and its main product, a social network called TikTok. The main advantage of TikTok is the development of such a recommendation algorithm, which will more and more correctly select the content of interest to the user and form the so-called endless news feed. This increases consumer engagement not only in content supplied by other users, but also builds automatic trust in products that are advertised through a similar format.
