Abstract

The article deals with the investigation of damages and loss concepts and their application in sphere of artificial intelligence incidents. The purpose of the study is to identify the peculiarities of using loss and damage concepts in case affected by artificial intelligence for post-communist transformation countries The authors of the paper have studied a number of issues regarding the essence of material and non-pecuniary (non-material) damage reimbursement under the current legislation of Ukraine, as well as the demand of European countries and the United States in order to implement it into Ukrainian legislation.
