Abstract
Considered digitalization results of natural risks management in arctic marine fishery under climate change and COVID-19 pandemic. The research uses risk management approach, situational analysis, web technologies and methods of building databases in distributed networks. As research result, it is recommended to use modelling and remote sensing data to take into account catastrophic factors within the natural risks management in Arctic marine fisheries. As important research result, it was proposed to use designed a digital modular instrument for decision support that combines heterogeneous resources in distributed networks. Demonstrated examples for 2021 years. The presented the paper research results have significant scientific novelty and can be useful for different players in Arctic marine fishery. For data exchange and preliminary discussion during the research, platform https://www.researchgate.net/profile/Valery_Abramov2/ was used.
