Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of Human Resources Management system (HRM) in Ukrainian banking sector. Advantages and disadvantages of banker job were characterized. The main HR-trends in Ukrainian banking sector were analyzed. The comparative analysis of staff costs in the largest Ukrainian banks is carried out. The main elements of HRM system in PrivatBank and National Bank of Ukraine were described. It is established that the HRM system in Ukrainian banking sector is formed, improved and supplemented by innovations. Particular attention in banking institutions is paid to the Rewards, Motivation and Development System as elements of general HRM system. Defined that future development of HRM system in Ukrainian banking sector depends on the proper level of development of the national economy, as well as the positive dynamics of the banking system activity as a whole.
