Methods of research. The study is based on the analysis of human resource reproduction in an industrial corporation and the formulation of human resource development strategy using a deterministic approach. Results. The technology of forming a strategy for the human resources quality reproduction in a large industrial corporation in the context of digitalization has been developed.
