Abstract
The purpose of this study to see the readiness of individuals to face and follow changes that occur in the environment, especially in the workplace. The population in this study were all diploma-level educators at the State University of Jakarta with a sample of 200 respondents. The results of the study prove that exogenous variables (workplace well-being and psychological capital) have a positive and significant effect on endogenous variables (individual readiness to change) in Diploma level educators at the State University of Jakarta. The results also prove that psychological capital is capable of being a mediator between the influence of Work Place Well – Being on individual readiness to change positively and significantly. Testing the research model using Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The data analysis technique was carried out in three stages, namely the inner model, outer model, and hypothesis testing.
