The Industrial Revolution 4.0 unification technology, at this time Information and Communication Technology is diverting the was an era where all aspects are related to various actions in the field of information and type of education. Millennial students will never be separated from the development of ICT. The result of technology today is undeniable and will continue to penetrate all aspects of life, including learning and office activities. This, of course, cannot be avoided by educators at the Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, namely ability-based education. Nowadays, the habit of relying on ICT is unavoidable. The ICT method is one of everyone’s needs, then the function of ICT has changed, at first. It was used as a communication medium and became a multifunctional tool, from finding information, news, and homework to the latest learning resources. In addition, current ICT-based office work makes students not interested in paper-based learning because paper-based learning requires high accuracy and high speed. Moreover, from paper to paperless, today’s world has allowed many offices to design and use office applications to perform office tasks.
