Identification of Key Success Factors in Healthcare Project Management: Multiple Case Studies from Poland

The article presents the results of research on key success factors in project management in the healthcare sector. The aim was to identify and analyze the key success factors, their understanding and perception by stakeholders, and the practical implications for healthcare project management. The literature review highlights the importance of project management in healthcare and the factors that contribute to success. The qualitative study utilized multiple case studies and data analysis techniques. Triangulation of methods was used to ensure the credibility and validity of the findings.

The findings revealed several key success factors in healthcare project management. One crucial factor was effective communication between stakeholders, and another factor was the role of the project manager and proper project management. Stakeholder engagement and their involvement in the planning and implementation phases were deemed significant. Considering these factors can significantly enhance the likelihood of successful project outcomes in the healthcare sector.
