Challenges of Polish Social Policy Towards Selected Areas of State Security

The article raises some issues related to social policy, and in particular presents selected challenges that contemporary socjety faces. These are demographic, financial, economic, legal and migrationchallenges. The article also presents selected examples of judgments of the European Court of Human Rights and the Court of Justice of the European Union relating to issuesrelated to respecting human rights.

The conclusion of the article is an indication of the need to change the existing law along with the changing reality and the need for broad education activities promoting these changes.
