Abstract
Motivated by research on the challenges of management in modern enterprises, the concept of integrated process management addresses the need for efficiency and adaptation to dynamically changing business environments. It is based on the process-project-knowledge triad, providing synergistic connections between these elements, going beyond the traditional approach to process management. In both literature and market practice, increasing attention is being paid to the use of cloud solutions in business process management and IT architecture, regardless of the size or sector of the enterprise. This study fills a gap in the literature by offering an approach that combines business process management, integrated process architecture, and the application of cloud technologies. The research methodology included case study analysis and a review of scientific literature on process management using cloud computing. The results highlight the growing role of cloud solutions in improving process efficiency and adaptability to changing market conditions. This paper provides practical guidelines for implementing process management using cloud technologies and contributes to a better understanding of their role in the process architecture of modern enterprises.
