Abstract
The article reveals the problems of development and implementation of chaos management as a tool for strategic analysis of trends in the development of social enterprises in the face of uncertainty of the COVID-19 crisis. The urgency and expediency of introducing a new management methodology – chaos management – into the practice of social enterprise management has been substantiated. The methodical features of the use of tools and methods of chaos management in overcoming the COVID-19 crisis by social enterprises have been determined.
