MIROSLAW ZABIEROWSKI

Abstract

The methodological analysis of the background of pandemic management 2020 was carried out, i.e. the essence of the management commissioned by the Ministry of Health from February 2020 in Poland and the hierarchy of factors in the management of the COVID-19 pandemic. It was shown that the implemented management model, which bears the hallmarks of institutional violence and testifies to copying and repeating phrases. The positions of the applicants of this management and its opponents – supporters of alternative management were presented. The issue of the personal promotion of a flawed management model by artificially created authority’s incapable of developing empirical facts in the context of truthfulness is being considered. The importance of physicians’ relationship to telling the truth about management style is considered. It has been shown that physicians have become, from the start of the pandemic, part of the faulty pandemic management regimen and have given themselves to misconceptions about scientific method and hypothesis testing. It is reasonable to hypothesize that pandemic management derives from the relationship between monetarism and Sovietism, and is even associated with the era of secret management of health education. Doctors did not recognize the purpose of the instructions from the Ministry of Health. Management of the 2020 pandemic exhibits non-creative features due to the dominance of promotion and benefits over passion for cognition. In this work, we recognize pro-corporate (social reism, standard) and non-corporate (non-standard) management, as well as ways to repair the entire management sphere related to fighting the pandemic.
