Abstract

This paper indicates changes in movement of employees in a selected organization as a management problem in the 21st century. The rotation in this industry was characterized. A proposal for a tool designed to counteract employee rotation was presented. An analysis of the staff shortage occurring in a commercial bank was carried out using a case study.
