Abstract
In the publication, the authors tried to draw attention to the need for continuous improvement of qualifications and problems brought about by digital transformation and demographic decline. The publication is based on a literature review of both human team management in relation to new technologies and the challenges of the XXI century. The conclusion of the publication is an emphasis on the need for continuous improvement of skills and the search for personalized competencies in the field of Industry 4.0.
