Trends in Human Resource Management, Employee Engagement and Organizational Performance: 39HR 2022
Abstract
The purpose of the article is to provide an overview of the human resource management culture in Sweden and to present employees’ views on its various segments. The motivation for creating the publication was to add to the literature on the article’s topic, which is lacking in other publications. The publication presents a research project that focuses on the topic of human resource management. The text presents an analysis of a modern model of managing people employed in a Swedish company and assesses the quality of personnel management through the results of a survey questionnaire. The article concludes by presenting the conclusions drawn from the research and giving some considerations for modern human resource management in Sweden.
