The article is devoted to the study of the state of the Russian labor market in the context of automation and digitalization of business processes. The relevance of the work lies in the development of the potential of Russian-Chinese international cooperation in the field of HR consulting and personnel services, taking into account the dynamically flowing processes of digitalization and automation. The aim of the work is to study the state of the personnel industry, taking into account the ongoing digital transformations, analyze the Russian market for personnel services and HR consulting, as well as develop recommendations for the development of Russian-Chinese relations in this area using the example of the Chinese HR consulting company Gaia Works. The research methods were the secondary analysis of statistical data from official sources, works of international experts on the study of the state of the international and Russian labor markets. The work resulted in recommendations for improving positioning strategies taking into account digital trends for Chinese companies specializing in HR consulting and operating in the Russian HR market. The novelty of the work lies in the application of the experience of Chinese HR consulting in the direction of digitalization and automation of personnel processes for Russian companies with the aim of their technological improvement and increasing the efficiency of activities in the digital economy.
