Abstract

In this article, the author addresses the three pillars of onboarding programmes that constitute a research gap. These pillars – interactivity, proactivity and onboarding community – are the basis of onboarding programs for new employees. The main objective of this article is to present the concept of research the author plans to carry out, which will result in a research tool to measure the mentioned pillars of onboarding.
