Technology Transfer in Russia’s Innovative Development

The current stage of economic development is characterized by profound transformations in the social and economic order, which have led to the emergence of a post-industrial society with an economy in which information and knowledge are the main factors of production. Rapid and effective innovation is a prerequisite for economic development. In view of the need for the sustainable development of the national economy and the inclusion of the leading technology supplier countries, the organization of a technology transfer system, that ensures that innovation results move from research and experimentation to application becomes one of the most important tool for the scientific and technological development of the Russian Federation.
