Abstract

The major objective of any business is to satisfy its customers so when customers are changing, a company must learn to adapt. Change comes the opportunity to learn and prepare your work team adequately for new growths. Employers must assess the skills and tools their employees already have and look for gaps. Organizational change management is an event or program that an enterprise plans to initiate, which will cause significant disruption to their daily activities. The key challenge is reducing possible friction and resistance to change by making sure all employees understand the importance of change to the company’s forthcoming growth. And, ignoring the need for change can be far more threatening to your business than the change itself.
