The relevance of this research is because the introduction of innovative customs technologies allows you to speed up and simplify customs operations, increase the efficiency of customs control and ensure the formation of a new «artificial intelligence», quickly reconfigurable, «smart» electronic customs. The article deals with the customs technology of remote release of goods used by the customs authorities of the Russian Federation. In this paper, the authors identified the main problems of using customs technology for remote release of goods by customs authorities and gave recommendations for its improvement.
