Abstract

The implementation of processes using BPM in companies greatly impacts all participants in the organization where it is implemented and the level at which it benefits each of them according to the processes carried out. The use of processes with BPM generates a positive impact in many aspects in organizations and improves communication between areas, thereby optimizing and making internal processes more efficient; the adaptability of the users is verified in a positive way to the processes with BPM, which does not generate any problem in the implementation and daily use. This research is a scientific review and its objective is to analyze the improvement obtained when implementing processes with BPM in a company. For this purpose, a compilation of 69 articles related to the topic in question was made and databases from the IEEE Xplore, Science, Scopus, Scielo and Redalyc were taken.
