Moreover, in the rise of these complexities, the demand for new knowledge-based approaches and innovative methods to control the hurdles is vital for the management sectors to provide solutions and surpass the complications in the total function of organizations and corporate businesses. Therefore, to continue the assessment of the organizational sustainable development, In this article, the research focus on analysing the underlying nature of complexity based on the system thinking in order to present a dynamic solution-based approach to reduce complexity issues inside the organization systems by proposing an effective model for enterprise sustainability via growth and development. The structure of the model expands on a regular basis by assessing growth and development along with disorder and order in a systematic manner inside the organization. Moreover, the research presents the model as an instrument for the managers to observe the progression/regression in the enterprise to chart a path toward sustainable growth and development.
