The article considers the requirements and characteristics of new-generation breakthrough technologies as the basis of a new – innovative method of social reproduction. They will provide a multiple increase in labor productivity, quality improvement of working conditions, life and well-being of the entire population of the country. On their basis, humanity will create technological, economic and basic environmental conditions for the preservation and sustainable development of civilization on Earth.
